We had our annual Superbowl Party this year and invited our good neighbor, John, and our new friends Mike and Tracie. John played his guitar for us and we sang songs once the game was over. Prior to the game, I was able to take a nice horseback ride with another friend from Chino, Linda. Didn't get a pic of her as she left kinda early. Mike and Tracie also moved here from El Mirage and they have three beautiful little girls. We all had a great time and didn't really care who won the game, as usual!

For Austin's birthday on the 8th, we treated him to a ride aboard the Grand Canyon Railway and went to see the Grand Canyon. We were held up by "bandits", one of which the kids got to know really well, Shiloh and his horse Henry. Austin was able to play the fiddle twice and the entire car sang Happy Birthday to Austin not once, but twice, there and back! We had a great time and can't wait to do it again! We were able to get our tickets half price because we are locals! How cool is that?!!
