Tani likes to sit in the window and watch the animals outside. It's strange to see a little dog sitting in the window where a cat would usually sunbathe. Maybe she was watching the pigs!

We now have the horses up here! They were delivered yesterday and we are so excited! Tomorrow, we will go down to Chino to trick-or-treat and will be bringing some tack back up so that we can begin riding on our own property! They are still settling in and seem like they will be very happy up here. I don't think they liked the 32 degree temperature this morning though!

We finally met another homeschool family up here and so far, we are having a blast. The girls, Alisha and Kirsten, are schooled by their grandmother, Michelle, while the girls' parents are on the road driving trucks for a living. When the girls are here, and not on the road with their folks, their grandma takes them into town every Friday to roller skate, eat lunch and visit the YMCA for a swim. We have tagged along for the last two Fridays and have had an absolute blast!
